What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, food items and personalized products are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Cassandra's Kitchen ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Product care varies by material. While many of our stainless steel and silicone items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing fine cutlery and wooden boards to preserve their longevity.
